It’s always an easy and fun time. I always have great customer service. I love serving my own icee and popcorn. Santikos theaters are also nicer and cleaner

Comfort of theater seating and cleanliness of the theaters is really great .
Only wish they could get there beverage machines to work properly .
One of them at the Embassy has been out for two weeks already , and the frosty machines are always inop and unable to dispense the product correctly .

We had an issue with our seats - they weren’t together. We went to the desk inside and the customer service person found to seats together.
