Great customer service! I always see smiling faces on staff. The theater itself is clean, comfortable, has great sound and picture quality. There are affordable prices on concession as well as a great selection of food. Easy purchase of tickets from all the different ways offered.

Love the new recliners. It’s not the closest theater to my home, but always a first choice! Great food, coffee and bar choices!

Santikos has always been "user friendly"--pricing, quality, etc.
Now it is a non-profit giving all it's income to San Antonio! Thank you Mr. Santikos!

Seats!

Seats are wonderful. Automated tickets and seat selection outside is a little bit time consuming. Needs redesign. We go inside as a result

You guys have done major, positive improvements!

The theatre is clean, that is very important because we have a child with an autoimmune disease.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The seats are super comfortable and wide that I feel that I'm in my own living room.
It feels good to know that some of my money spent on movies is being used to contribute back to our community for people in need.
I like that I can purchase my tickets through the app or in person, plus assigned seating is better than expected because now I don't feel like I have to compete to get early and fast to get the "best" seat.
It's really a good family experience for us.
We attend Embassy Theatre; that's the only theatre we go to.

Clean theater and very comfortable reclining seats. Food options were also excellent and fairly priced

We absolutely loved the reclining seats! We are so spoiled at this point that we don't even ever went to see a movie at a theater that does not recline and have a tray for our food. The tray being at the seat is actually what puts it over the top because it other theaters that have reclining seats they do not have the tray in order to place your food upon. Very spoiled and we love it!

Convenient, we live very near. Plenty of parking. Comfortable seating. Good selection of current movies. Affordable, we like to come for the matinees. Clean facilities, enjoy having employees being helpful with cleanup after the showings.

Everything...I’ve always loved going to Embassy.

Everything. Love the seats, the lobby, the ease of ordering tickets through my phone app, and just about everything else.

the drink machine located outside the concession stand. Also the alcohol and food choices. And most importantly the electronic recline chairs with swivel table with cup holder.

We love that we can pick out and purchase our seats ahead of time.

I like the clean environment, the bar, good selection of food and classy decor. I feel it's a good theatre for mature adults.

Courtesy and helpfulness of employees. Choice of refreshments was good. Quality was good. Accommodations were nice and not crowded

I only go to Santikos theater because the customer service is always so friendly and the new seating is SO very comfortable!! The lobby has been designed so nicely!! You can tell that customer service is the most important priority to the owner and management.
