the atmosphere, the seating is my favorite of any theater I've ever been to. we will not be going to ANY other theaters anymore. don't have to worry about that stupid kid behind you kicking your seat or the overprotective father who gets mad because you said something.

I don't like to buy my tickets from the machines outside, so I really appreciate the friendliness of the personal at the counter. The lady there, (who's name I should have taken), was very helpful and patient with us. My wife and disabled daughter appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the theater.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Staff is ALWAYS very professional, extremely polite and helpful and very friendly.
The food is GREAT and the the self serve drink machines with the lid dispensers are always working. ALL the theater auditoriums and lobby are always clean as well as their restrooms.
Also, the seating (recliners) in the theater auditoriums are extremely comfortable.

The lobby area is also very comfortable and extremely well lit and inviting. Makes you feel
"special".

I have recommended many of my family members and lots of friends to the
Santikos Embassy 14 theaters because of ALL of the above.

My husband and I visit this theater 2 sometimes 3 times a week!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love the reclining seats. Like the new soda machine and that i can put my own butter in my popcorn. Love how clean the theater is and tha i can purchase my assigned seats on line.
