Area of concern: I noticed a side access door that was not closed tight (someone could access from outside). I pointed it out to an employee and re entered the movie. On the way out, I noticed it was still not closed. In this day and age of security, I see this as significant. It was at embasy and the side door closest to max and Louis.
The concessions were quick and friendly. The theater was nice and clean. Its always a great experience at Embassy to watch movies.
My wife and I enjoy going to this theater very much. We drive from new braunfels at least once a week just to come here. Harley always treats us very well and so do all of the other staff. We recommend this theater to all of our friends!

I love this theater. Its clean. The seats are very comfortable. The temperature is very good. I like being able to purchase my tickets thru Santikos and not having to wait to purchase them at the theater.

I love this theater, it's my go to. Yesterday I went to the 4:15 showing of Book Club. I mistakenly took a 'anxiety pill' when I thought I was taking my high blood pressure medication. Needless to say I slept through most of the movie. My friend who was driving tried to wake me up a couple times and I'd just doze back off. Those recliners are definitely comfy!!
What I was wondering is if I could get a raincheck to see that movie? She said it was really good (except for my occasional snoring!!)

The chairs are great! The theaters and lobby/bar area were very clean and had a great open feeling along with a good selection of drinks. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked.
Plus, I like that the company is so involved in local giving.

It’s nice. It’s convenient to my home, & I love the beer selection. The charity aspect of Santikos is great too!
I like the that I can book my seats in advance. I also like that the recliners are enormous since I am a bigger guy as well. I especially like that the seats are not close together and that I don't have to trip over people to try and go get a refill. I also choose Santikos because I am able to get free refills on my drink right at the soda machine without having to stand in a long concession line just for a refill and miss vital parts of the movie. That's what I have to do when I go to Regal. I also like that Santikos theaters always smell fresh and that the seats are kept clean. The new renovations on the embassy make it my first choice for a theatre every time
