What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the Embassy. The seats are super comfortable, and the staff are always nice. The only complaint I would have is the clientele. I wish customers didn’t always leave trash in the seats, because I always feel bad for staff who have to do such a large amount of cleanup for their guests. It’s like people know it’s a classy place, but they can’t treat it as such. I come to the embassy all the time-totally my preferred place to be!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It’s always clean. I love the reclining seats, so comfortable. I wish the theaters had more seating. I don’t like that y’all search my purse.

We love the friendly staff and clean atmosphere. We also love the amazingly comfortable reclining and tables , we drive all the way from New Braunfels to watch movies at this theater 😊

I live the newly renovated Santikos Embassy. I love the reclining seats with personal table tops and the food on the menu is reasonably priced and delicious. It has become our new favorite theater!

I love the renovations that have been done to the theater. The big reclining chairs with trays make a very comfortable arena while enjoying your selected movie.

I didn’t think I would like having to buy my tickets ahead, but I like knowing that I have the seat I want and not having to be there an hour before the show. I love the new chairs and not having someone kick the back of my seat or pull my hair when they ask walking in the row behind me.

Love this SAntikos. It's the only place I go see movies.
On Sunday, I ran straight into the glass window thinking it was a door. Maybe you could put curtains there so we can tell the difference. Today, I can barely walk I bumped my knee so hard. Thank you.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The friendly service. I love the location! Love the Price. What did I miss this last time, was the $5.00 deal before 6pm or 5pm. I would also like to recommend a line dedicated for popcorn refills. the Embassy is better because it is smaller. When I visit the Palladium, I really don't want to wait in the line when the movie is in progress, takes too long, miss too much.
