I was disappointed that the Mayan Palace didn’t have a Barbie prop like the other theaters. If a big movie is coming out, they should advertise it with a balloon wall or photo op the day it comes out.

After leaving an honest review it was nice having the Santikos team reach out personally. It shows they truly care about making changes for improvement! Always loved Santikos but now I’m very impressed with the Mayan!

The reclining chairs! The sound!
I prefer the Mayan because I don't have to leave the Southside to enjoy the movie experience.
With that, let me suggest some fixing up on the seats, as the material is getting worn in some theaters.

its was awesome until i went to the movie at Mayan on military about 6:30 on July 11,2023. the popcorn was old and the hotdog bread was supper hard. probably sitting all day.
