I enjoyed the seating as well as the concession stand. Didn’t have too wait long and enjoyed getting my own popcorn. Theater was cool while watching movie. Very comfortable, haven’t been here in a while, not since the remodel.

The Mayan is the best theater in the Southside by far. Great service, great food, clean theaters, and the rewards are awesome. I would love to be the GM of this place to put it on the map as "The Best Santikos theater experience ever."

The theater itself where we saw the movie sounded amazing and the reclining seats made it so I didn't want to leave. Only gripe was the temperature was a little too warm but other than that great experience. Oh and was wondering if when choosing seats, is there a way to label which side the aisle is on. I don't like having to cross in front of the whole theater to get to the seats or fire a refill. Minor things in an overall nice outing.
