The staff at Silverado consistently provide top notch service in both friendliness and helpfulness even in comparison to other Santikos locations that I frequent. Even though this location isn’t as fresh and new as Casablanca or Palladium for example I will often choose Silverado due to the pleasant experience I have there - even if it means driving past a theater closer to my house. Kudos to the team at Silverado!

It was nice getting back to the movies and getting those delicious sweet and spicy wings. Please send me the sauce that is used. The only downside, after almost two years of not going to a theater my wife was pretty upset that the loaded tots are no longer offered. Bring them back, please and thank you.
I always have a good time/experience here. Yesterday was a different story. The young lady never asked me for my rewards number twice! I had to find a manager so she could put in the points I earned yesterday.

Popcorn, hot dog and theater not crowded.
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and very pleasant environment. There were only 4 people attending our movie on a Wednesday evening and no one else milling around the theater, which was very sad and we hope the industry can fully recover when the virus is properly under control.
