I am happy that you were even open. My first movie in 2+ years. Your staff was very polite and helpful. Theater was clean and orderly. Also, I am very happy that you are collecting coats for those in need.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I cannot recall the young man's name but Saturday 1/8/22 during 845 showing of American Underdog. He wished me a Happy birthday. He made me feel very special and had such an enjoyable concession stand experience along with the free gift of a movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love going to the movies with my husband. Sadly, in 2021 I was diagnosed as having low vision but a friend told me about the headphones that you have that would describe what was happening when things were too dark to see or their was no dialog. I used them but found that they do not always work. That is unfortunate because most movies will still have a "dark spot" or two and I just have to imagine what might be happening until afterward when I ask my hubby what happened. If I need to look on the bright side, though, that means we have conversation afterward! I love your theater. It's always clean and we go to the movies as often as we can! Thanks. The ticket staff was very courteous, the concession staff was eager to quickly assist, and the overall cleanliness of the theater made the experience enjoyable.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and very pleasant environment. There were only 4 people attending our movie on a Wednesday evening and no one else milling around the theater, which was very sad and we hope the industry can fully recover when the virus is properly under control.

I love your theatres. People are generally nice and the theatres are clean. I really appreciate all that you do for the city and for kids. I think the quality of your movie projection and sound is great.

The staff at Silverado consistently provide top notch service in both friendliness and helpfulness even in comparison to other Santikos locations that I frequent. Even though this location isn’t as fresh and new as Casablanca or Palladium for example I will often choose Silverado due to the pleasant experience I have there - even if it means driving past a theater closer to my house. Kudos to the team at Silverado!
