Every Santikos I have been to has been an amazing experience. The employees smile with every interaction and the cinemas always seem to be so well kept. Coming from a city with no santikos theatres, I can honestly say that Santikos does a great overall job.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms, comfortable seating. I like being able to pick my seats before the show. Free popcorn refill on large popcorn and free drink refills.

I like that you can reserve seats ahead of time and arrive at your leisure but still be able to have your seats guaranteed.I also like the fact that you can take food inside the theater purchased from the concession or the restaurant.I also like that you can get a popcorn refill with your receipt. The only thing I would ask that they improve upon is the cleanliness of the theatre.
