Customer service was great and from getting my ticket to getting snacks the process was quick, which was great since my movie was about to start. The only comment or suggestions I would like to make is the prices at the concession. I was shocked at the high prices! I wanted to get a water bottle but declined when I found out a bottle of water is $5!!!! For five dollars I could get a 24pk of water! I found that to be an absurdly expensive bottle of water! My suggestion; lower your prices at concessions, it makes people not want to spend on yummy snacks!

Manny, one of the managers at the Silverado, saved our day! I had bought Star Wars tickets weeks in advance, but I did not realize that they were for 7:15am (I mean why would there be a 7;15 am showing?). Anyhow, that day our hot water heater exploded and flooded one of the rooms in our house, we hurried to clean it out and quickly demoed the walls and removed the carpet, and sped to the theater for our movie! We used valet, got our popcorn and snacks and got to the theater only to find that our ticket time didn't match the theater time. I called over an employee to ask about it. He got Manny, and Manny totally understood my mistake, he took us over to the ticket counter and found us open seats in one of the theaters. He was so helpful and kind; we really appreciated his customer service.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

love the theater - its not as magnificant as the Palladium, but then the crowds are smaller and so is the traffic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The most important aspect, especially regarding blockbuster movies such as The Force Awakens, is the assigned seating. Love it!
