The staff is always quick and courteous, the concession lines move quickly, and I love reserved seating.

The emphasis on no glowing cell phones and the ease at reserving seats online. And the good popcorn at the Bijou (compared to Silverado 16, which is still ok; Bijou is better, though

Purchasing a ticket online or in person is easy. I like the facilities are clean. My son and I have a great experience every time we go. I especially like the new plastic tops for the large popcorn that can double as a bowl. Great idea!
