I was there with my younger brother participating in an Eva's Heroes event. I love that Santikos is a part of that and their employees welcome us so friendly.

It's always clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
You should really think about going green.
We should be able to use the reusable soda cups and popcorn buckets that you guys sell for special movies.
Set up a price to use those items like you do for the beer mug. I never understood why it's okay for that but not for popcorn and soda.

my experience inside the theater has been good however outside is a different story I have almost been run over because the front of the building is sectioned off with a gate that does not allow people to walk in front of the sidewalk that is located in front right side of the theater. It's pointless to have a nice walkway if your patrons have no access. As aforementioned your theatre is pleasant and therefore busy. It is dangerous to walk with the traffic. I ask that you please think of you patrons safety and give us access to the sidewalk.

I moved to San Antonio 10 years ago from Philadelphia. For the past 7 years I've been attending sanctions theaters and I must say they are fabulous and hands down the best I have visited. The theaters are kept clean and the floors are not sticky like typical theaters. There are always plenty of staff walking around cleaning up. I even see managers walking through the areas and bend over to pick up trash on the floor. The self service for drinks is always welcome as well compared to most theaters.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

During my most recent experience I purchased a ticket a few days in advance to see 13 Hours. The projector was not functioning properly and I was not able to see the movie. I felt that Santikos employees did a good job of keeping us updated on progress and I was happy to receive a rain check ticket. I used to prefer another theater, but the people at Silverado 16 have made it my favorite theater.
