My favorite theater. Love the fried chicken wings and sweet potatoes fries. Whenever we come we get this. Pricey, but we like the food. We love the reserve seating and always good customer service .

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Staff is always friendly, the concession lines typically move fairly quickly, theaters are promptly cleaned and floors are never sticky. Even the bathrooms aren't bad which is nice. Overall a great experience. My only negative comment would be in regards to charging $5 for a bottle of water. Even for a movie theater that seems a bit excessive/greedy. As sodas are looked upon as unhealthy choices I'd like to see Santikos encourage water drinking for their customers. Anyway, maybe I'm the only one turned off by the unusually high price of water but I feel like $3 would still keep your margins pretty high without looking like you're trying to rip people off.

Easy on-line ticket purchasing: no wait, no lines, seat selection. However, the new loyalty program is less than it was before.

Great service every time we go. No problem with ticket purchases, concession service good. The only downside is we tried pizza from the restaurant inside theater and it was hard like cardboard. Spent $10 on two pieces of cardboard 😞
