I LOVE the Bijiou....great movies and no kids.

We been patrons since Silverado was built. In the early days you had some problems with your audio you seem to have worked that out. We have experienced some issues with your AVX presentations of Dunkirk. It would be nice if the technician manning the booth would clean the glass routinely that would increase the quality of the image slightly. But we still come back, why you ask. Silverado feels like a movie house, the Casablanca feels like a Holiday Inn. Its new, it's crowded it just doesn't feel like a movie house. I like the seats, I like to sit close to my date pull up the armrest we can hold hands and eat popcorn and way too much soda. Palladium feels like a movie house but the parking and crowds are ridiculous. So I believe the best option is Silverado the staff is friendly you feel as if you're in a movie house the managers on duty smile and are very attentive. We go there once or twice a week and I stay for the credits your staff stands by they greet us as we leave and ask us if we enjoyed the show. I give you a lot of credit in the training of the young people who work in your theaters. Thank you for building Casablanca it took the load off of Silverado and it makes it my theater of choice. When you design your next theater ask some customers, run a focus group I think it would be a interest to management and owners. There's more that could be said the bottom line is we enjoy Silverado thank you. Silverado is more than a display technology within four walls it's the feeling you get because of the staff. Its the people...!

My family and I visit this theater ay least once or twice a month. It's clean and the employees are always courteous. We live the fact you can pick out your seats! We would totally recommend this theater to everyone!

Parking is nice, especially that there is an outlet for electric cars. The theaters are kept pretty nice, bathrooms nice. Air conditioning always good.

It is our second home and feel veey comfortable there watching a movie ans not worrying about our vehicles being broken into.

This has been the Theatre I've attended for years, a long time before the new Theatre was built near Culebra and 1604 (which is of course better). However, I do believe the Theatre should listen to their customers when it comes to request such as having Oatmeal Raisin cookies and a few other eating items - since you aren't allowed to bring in you own eats. Also the chicken wings being visible old which isn't good. No place is EVER perfect, but some improvements can be made. Props are given when you allow your customers a free movie on their Birthday and some free movies during the year. The Theatre is for the most part keep clean, however that's not only the Theatre's responsibility - it's also the customer's responsibility also for it avoid having unwanted roaches and other insects. Until some disastrous event happens this will be my Theatre of choice. I think you'll make the asked for desires of your customers available at some point soon and may God continue to Bless your Business as you give customers a desirable place to watch movies and relax.

Great opportunity to share one of the streaming programs(Big, Loud, Live) and the fact that they have food other than popcorn and candy made it convenient to have dinner at the same time.

The staff especially the young man at the bar were friendly and accompanied toward our needs. I think his name was Trent or something like that.

My family and I love Santikos, there's no doubt about that. However, our last experience wasn't up to par. The theature that was showing our film had three huge streaks which were rather disturbing to my children and I. Also, the assigned seat that we chose was exteremly squeaky and very distracting to everyone. Please refund our tickets. As the movies and very expensive and we don't get to go often. Thank you so much.
