What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love going to your theater with the family! But your help on the phone is amongst the worst I have ever had. I just had a conversation with Jennifer with your loyalty team and I can not believe you let a person like her represent your company. I am dumbfounded on how rude she was over the phone. Please feel free to contact me for a further explanation, but i am glad the team at Silverado is great with customer service and have a clean theater because the conversation I just had with Jennifer would make me go to AMC exclusively.

The snack counter staff show a sense of urgency and happy to help you. I wish I could say the same for the bar servers, I thought I was going to have to serve myself!

Santikos theaters is a great place to relax with a soda and popcorn to watch a movie. The assigned seating and online ticket purchase make it even better, No need to rush and find a sit.

While everyone goes to the other, bigger, fancy Santikos theaters, I can always find seats late and still make a premier movie. Plus it's less expensive.

My family and I love coming to Santikos theaters. Casa Blanca is near us, the entertainment value is amazing. Plenty of meal and snack choices for everyone, from the typical hot dog, nachos, popcorn, to higher end food as well. Not to mention the candy for the kids! Seats are amazing, sound and picture quality is off the charts!!!!
