I like that it is not too crowded and it is more of a family atmosphere- I feel safe there! Having a family atmosphere is important to us because when we go to the movies we go as a family. My kids are still little so having a family atmosphere is important to us!

The efficiency of the concession area and the friendliness of the staff I spoke to. The young man who sold me my ticket took the time to look up my santikos card number so I would get reward points, as well as the concession person.

Everything. Customer service was top notch, prices are best in the city. The Santikos reward program not only what keeps bringing me back to Santikos, but how money is invested back into the community. The theaters are top notch!
