I never have a bad experience at Silverado 16. Staff is always willing to help or answer questions - from the ticket counter to the concessions. It's a hassle free experience.

I like that Santikos gives back to the community who supports it. I really enjoy going to the movies! It’s my favorite past-time and it’s nice to know that all the money I spend is going for something worthwhile👍

The theatres are comfortable and booking tickets online is simple. The $1 convenience fee for booking online is a bit ridiculous.

The theater and bathrooms were very clean. The movie goers were mindful with their cell phones and did not interfere with the movie.

We always have a pleasurable experience at Silverado. I appreciate the exceptional, disabled staff as well as the other staff. It’s in our neighborhood!! That’s always a plus. 😊

I absolutely love this theatre!! The staff is awesome, I've seen movies in the a.m and p.m and it doesn't matter what time or day we go we always have a wonderful experience. It's always clean, and it's expected as practically everyone walks around with a broom and dust pan
