Love the VIP seating. I wish the check out process after eating was a little less disruptive. Another improvement could be designing a designated space to put the menus away after use.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We really enjoyed the IMAX experience - great screen and sound for the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie in two years! Seats were comfy, food was great. Definitely disappointed in the audience members that were talking throughout the showing, though - wish that Santikos had better enforcement of quiet policies. If we're paying for premium tickets, we would appreciate a premium level of respect from audience members.

The Palladium theater was large and comfortable. Our seats were clean and relaxing and we enjoyed “Black Widow” in the 10:15 showing on Thursday night July 8. We have been customers for many years and always love the convenience of reserved seating. The experience was great except for the popcorn. After over a year of Covid my son and I were finally able to come back and were so looking forward to opening night. We spent $20 for the large popcorn and 2 large drinks. The soda area is usually not kept in the best condition but I can overlook that. However the popcorn was super disappointing. After getting just a few bites of the top level ... the rest of the bucket was full of the tiny kernels that are normally at the bottom only. It was very difficult to enjoy it ... not what I would hope for at that price for sure. And no I did not want to get up and miss some of the movie to go get another one. Very frustrating to have that happen. Otherwise we had a good experience.

I like the ay everyone help me out with my young lady who is in a wheelchair. I didn't like that I had to buy a gift card or use my credit card but I understand why.
