purchasing tickets--minimal wait time and the clerk was very friendly
getting seats we wanted
buying snacks-also minimal wait time and the clerk was also very friendly. He even answered questions about your new reward program.

It was overall a very good experience.

I had a question about online ticket-buying, so I called. The Customer Service Rep at the phone number was excellent and cleared up everything for me, and I was on my way! [NOTE TO SANTIKOS: My only complaint is that Santikos no longer takes CASH — legal tender in the USA— forcing us to use a credit card. “Bad form, Pan!”]

There is no other Movie Theater like the Palladium. From the special tremendous as soon as you come in the doors, food court bar , cleanest bathrooms and especially fantastic services!
