Comfort of facilities and speed of service. It would be good if patrons could be protected from elements when purchasing tickets outside.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I frequent Santikos Palladium weekly and like the variety of rooms, IMAX, DBOX, and especially the VIP rooms. I also really like the food now offered, especially the Greed food. The service is usually really good from the ticket booth to the concession stands.
