I love that the seats are a majority of the time assigned. This prevents any issues with space. Everyone enters knowing where they need to be.
I have been many times to the embassy, mayan, silverado, palladium and of them all the palladium is the best presented.

I love Santikos Palladium IMAX and love going when I get a chance. My home is closer to Silverado so I frequent that Santikos more often. Wish there was another Palladium in San Antonio closer to Helotes, TX

It is My sunday relax day at the movies:....:..... But please you need to put a litle more effort about keeping the theather more clean,is been a couple times the place haven't clean at all after the movie before!!!!!

We have always enjoyed our show time at Palladium IMAX , the IMAX screen is really a Big show experience , wish all the screens were IMAX , we will continue to come to the Palladium
The teathers, movies look great and the sound is amazing, and the bar and restaurant are excellent

The Palladium theater is very clean. The staff is friendly. The concession service is well run and speedy. The popcorn tastes fresh, and iced tea is offered as an alternative to sugary sweet soda drinks.

Loved the national theatre presentation
It's always an enjoyable experience to go with family or friends. Only complaint is the new reward system, not as good as the previous.
Everything except when I couldn't add my points to my new rewards card. The person at the register didn't tell me to give him the card before I paid and said he couldn't put my points on the card because I already paid. I watched a movie in IMAX which costs more and it would have been 30 points. I couldn't find a manager that evening. I love this theatre, I go with all my family and I love the reward card, but this experience left me disappointed.

The theater is clean. The concession stand items are fairly priced. I like the way your soft drink area is set up and it's also very clean most of the time. I just wish you could show more independent and foreign films.
