What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The service was AMAZING. I bought 3 prepaid tickets for the 9pm showing of our movie but totally forgot to bring the credit card, order number etc. On TOP of that, I wanted to change the tickets to the 8:10 showing. I offered to just forgo the 3 tickets I bought and just pay for 3 new tickets. HOWEVER, your staff worked diligently (including the manager) to find our tickets using my name and to re-book them for the earlier show. We were all so impressed with their professionalism and persistence in finding a solution. THANK YOU!!!

The screening was very well organized. I was concerned that the process for retrieving cell phones would be chaotic but it was very easy. The temperature in the theater was great even though it was crowded and the food we purchased was fresh. Thanks for giving us the opportunity!

I love this theatre. Not so much the movie we saw (too violent for me) but everyone was very friendly. Next time I will not bring my cell phone for a preview movie.

The lines at Santikos seem to move very efficiently whereas some other theaters lines seem
not to move. I am talking both lines at buying tickets and the snack bar lines.
