Palladium is without comparison in regards to friendly workers, cleanlines, and overall efficiancy in regards to ticket purchase and seating. I always come here and see no reason to change that!

All of the workers there are very friendly and eager to assist. I have a great experience almost every time I go to Palladium IMAX. Every time I request a fresh popcorn the server always honors my request. I find that that popcorn that is pre-prepared is not as good as the fresh popcorn.

We loved everything. Customer service from getting the tickets, to getting to our seats was great. Theater was clean, yet still packed (Understandable during Summer) Oh yes, mixed drinks from the bar are great. I had the new Hulk, inspired by the movie of the year, "Avengers: Age of Ultron." The best part is our film experience. We saw Entourage, and it was amazing. There was a minor problem with one of the speakers during the starting trailers but the staff fixed it before the feature presentation and everyone in the auditorium was thrilled. Thank you Santikos, you never let me down!

I never receive anything but great service by the staff at the Palladium. It is the only theater that I go to and I have 2 others close to me
