I love every part about my theater. The app is wonderful to pre-order tickets, never have an issue picking them up. The snacks are always on point. I have yet to met one staff member that is not friendly, they all are smiling and joking around. We adore the Palladium over any other theater in town!

Santikos really does think about going to see a movie as an experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The theater is always clean and maintained well. Which is something that many places forget to keep up with. For example, the staining of the concrete in front was recently redone.

I really love how Santikos incorporates cutting edge technology to make the experience better i.e. the coke machines, ATMOS sound, AVX, laser projectors etc.

The fact that Santikos is a local company and a local company that gives back to the community.
