What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This is the best theater, hands down, in my area. The theater lobby is very open and tastefully done in a Greek/Roman decor. There are separate enclaves for sushi, alcohol (yes you can take it into the movie), and numerous (15-20) popcorn/refreshment lines so the wait is seldom long. The bathrooms are always impeccably clean - although the automatic paper towel dispensers seem to jam alot) and have tp. All of this before you even reach the movie, the theaters always seem to be clean, the chairs are plush w/ drink holders & recline a bit & I have yet to find one that is sticky (nor the floor).

Everything is just perfect. The architecture of the bulding is beautiful , the people are amazing, the food is incredible and hands down the best popcorn. Every seat is comfortable with enough soace in front to strech your legs. I wouldn't change a thing about the Palladium.

I enjoy the feature of the self service aspect. I like to fill my own drink cup & put the butter on my popcorn. One thing, is the butter real butter or butter flavor oil based? Butter is better for us than the oil based.

I can choose to watch on different sizes of screen with affordable slightly higher ticket price. The seats are very comfortable n wide with enough roll dpaces. The movie rooms are clean n neat. The sound track is wonderfully clear. Customers inside the movie rooms all behave. Nice place to watch a movie there. I always go to watch movie with friends. I choose Palladium Theater at all time. Myself and 3 girlfriends got to the theatre and due to Fast and Furious, the movie we wanted to see had been cut so Joe Hernandez, MOD, without question and with great professionalism gave me 5 free tickets and even had one of his employees make a call to a sister property to find the movie we wanted, secure the time and seats for us. What an amazing experience full of customer service. Joe is amazing and his authentic gesture will keep me coming back!
