What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the reserved seating. I appreciate the variety and number of screens available. The seats are comfortable and all areas are always clean. Overall the Palladium theater in San Antonio is my favorite.
I recently visited one of the Alamo draft house theaters and I was not at all impressed. The staff is not nearly as friendly or even available for service. The seating is tight and it is awkward to have to walk down a row to find your seat when others are already seated. Not enough space to get through without stepping on other guests.
It's pointless to order food or popcorn after the show has started because you can't even see the menu and they do not allow talking, but it is required to place your order, makes no sense.

This was my first visit to the Palladium and my husband, in-laws and myself absolutely LOVED it. It is literally almost a 30 minute drive from our house but it was well worth the drive. We will definitely return.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean classy theater with comfortable reserved seating and courteous personnel. Love the wine bar. I was sorely saddened when you changed your food menu from containing several healthy choices (wild caught salmon kabobs and Greek choices) to all fast food junk. But I can always eat after I leave the theater. It is my only choice for "movie night".
