Theater is very up to date, modern, friendly staff and has great concessions that aren't available at a lot of of theaters.

It is always clean, the staff are helpful and polite, and it is just a pleasant total movie experience. The Palladiim is the only movie theatre we go to in San Antonio

Santikos theatres is almost always a good experience. A recent change that I ran into on my visit Sat, Nov 7 will, however, change my spending habits. Electronic pay cards are now required to use the ARCADE GAMES which is fine. What my complaint is that a game that once was 50 cents is now $ 1.50 ! This is way too much for a game of chance that is using discretionary money and was an enjoyable diversion at the lower cost. I realize you do not own the games, but I'm sure you derive a portion of the profits and or rent space. Please look into this matter for me or feel free to contact me. Thank you- Name removed
