Palladium continues to be the premier place for movie watching. However, I would strongly recommend removing the quasi-office looking space near theatre #10. It looks completely out of place and diminishes from the overall theatre experience. If you must keep it then tint the glass or wrap it with the Santikos lofo.

I really enjoy the complete experience of going to the Palladium. There's coffee, ice cream, a restaurant, normal theater concessions, an arcade, a bar, a gift shop. Plenty of times for tons of movies. It's all convenience which I love. I don't think I could make a trip to the movies any better! :D

To be very honest, I only go to Imax Palladium for movies I want to see specifically in Imax or AVX. There are very great benefits of going to the Palladium. I enjoy the benefits of the rewards membership such as the points earned and valet services. However, the customer service falls very short of my expectations; especially at the concession stand. The customer service provided is very poor. The employees lack customer services skills, they do not smile and they make me feel like I am bothering them during my purchase. I almost feel like not asking for anything extra even though I spend a lot of money for the whole movie experience including the snacks I purchase. And, I always seem rushed during my purchase. I would like to see a change in their attitudes in order to make my experience a more pleasant one. So, if there's not a movie in particular that I want to see in Imax or AVX then I will go to the Alamo Drafthouse for any other movie I want to see. They aren't perfect either but at least they offer Student Discounts and Child discounts for anyone under 18 years old as children are not allowed under the age of 18 without an adult after evening hours.
