I like the nice Refreshment area with the ability to fill your own drink and get butter on your popcorn separate from the counter.

I also like the layout of the entire theater and physical location.

Everything is great. Just wish when it gets busy that all the counters for the food/drinks open. This usually causes a delay and i miss a few mins :(

I like how well you keep your Theater clean, your staff can be just a little more friendly, and keep your theater rooms a little more cooler, Just because it helps to keep germs from spreading, that's what hospitals do. I've been using Santikos since I was a kid, and will continue to keep using Santikos. Thank you for your providing great movies at your great Santikos Theatre.

Guest services were amazing. Quick, efficient and genuinely seemed to want to help me, in which they did. Love this theater! Restrooms were also nice and clean, which is another must for me. Hate dirty, smelly restrooms
