I love the rewards earned, the soda refills for all sizes, chance to put butter and the yellow/orange salt on our popcorn ourselves. Those ways are just a few that Santikos does above Regal.

I have no issue with the theater, employees or anything in regards to the actual experience. For me, is a big deal, as I'm very analytical and observant. We love Santikos and the Palladium. I do have some suggestions pertaining to the Android app. It has improved significantly and is relatively easy to use.
-Navigation. The screen I first see wants me to choose a theater every time. Every time I hit save. I already selected the Palladium, so I expect to be shown the current showtimes on open. Instead I do the above, then select Palladium then tell it showtimes. I'm guessing that's the purpose, to find a movie buy tickets. I don't like extra hoops to jump through, especially reoccurring ones. Make it first thing I see.
-In app display of purchase. At first glance it appears that it double charges you. A little confusing. Second as it pertains to seating. I LOVE reserved seating, cannot stress the love I have for this, which is why I am surprised that my seat selection is not displayed, also a bit frustrating as I do not know where else I would look in the app, I have to go to email.

To be very honest, I only go to Imax Palladium for movies I want to see specifically in Imax or AVX. There are very great benefits of going to the Palladium. I enjoy the benefits of the rewards membership such as the points earned and valet services. However, the customer service falls very short of my expectations; especially at the concession stand. The customer service provided is very poor. The employees lack customer services skills, they do not smile and they make me feel like I am bothering them during my purchase. I almost feel like not asking for anything extra even though I spend a lot of money for the whole movie experience including the snacks I purchase. And, I always seem rushed during my purchase. I would like to see a change in their attitudes in order to make my experience a more pleasant one. So, if there's not a movie in particular that I want to see in Imax or AVX then I will go to the Alamo Drafthouse for any other movie I want to see. They aren't perfect either but at least they offer Student Discounts and Child discounts for anyone under 18 years old as children are not allowed under the age of 18 without an adult after evening hours.
