I always like how Palladium is clean and the employees are nice and know what they are doing. Not only that, but they care if there are any mistakes with any tickets or screenings or anything.

What's not to like I am a once to twice a week visitor and everything is perfect. The only thing I might suggest is to have some healthy foods around like bananas or the like. Sometimes I come in having not eaten and the only choices that I have are unhealthy

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really like using the app to purchase my ticket before heading to the theater. Once I get my ticket I can walk up to the bar and get instant service without the line. It makes going to the movies 10x better. I've also enjoy the live music on Fridays. The Soul/Funk Band was amazing. I enjoyed myself so much I didn't even want to go see my movie. I choose to come to Santikos rather than two Regal theaters less than mile of my residence.

It is a really nice theatre to take my friends to go see movies. It's very clean and the staff are all really helpful and nice.

The fast and friendly service. However there was a child about the age of 5 sitting next to us in a movie with sex and graphic language. Made us uncomfortable.

I've lived all over this country and being a movie fan have experienced many different theaters. My move to San Antonio has been all the better thanks to Santikos theaters. Whether it's the Palladium or the Bijou, while so different the venue the experience is unbeatable......Thank you Santikos.
