It is a very nice theater. It is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and tries to do the best that they can. The Palladium IMAX is probably the best movie theater in San Antonio.

Comfortable seating. Great refreshments, no more expensive than other theaters. Had to sit up closer than I like, but it was not a problem. We had to sit in a movie with subtitles for the hearing impaired. It was not to our liking, but we got use to it. Maybe a clearer notice to let customers know that this will happen. Overall NO complaints

Good location. Would enjoy cleaner theater and bathroom. Bottle water is way too expensive. Lastly would recommend theater seats be vinyl / leather.

I think the Palladium is one of the best theaters in San Antonio, both inside and out. The theaters themselves are always clean and I love the fact that there is reserved seating. You can get there a few minutes before the movie starts and not worry about having to find seats.
