Fast, friendly
Lady at bar was very friendly great customer service.
It is my opinion that Santikos theaters have the best overall movie experience in San Antonio area. The Palladium theater is where I see most of the movies, and I appreciate the speed and ease at which the whole process works from ticket buying to concessions. They really have the customer service part of the job down to perfection.
Always have a wonderful time when at Santikos. However, I wish the concession prices where lower.

Friendly staff, clean, fun atmosphere
The seats are comfortable and the staff is friendly. I asked if they had earphones for the hearing impaired and they gave me a set. In the past, I've struggled to understand what was being said by the actors in the movie but had very little trouble hearing with the earphones. Thanks for providing them!!

Went on a Monday so very few people there. Also appreciate the military Monday special.
Staff is friendly, prices are ok. Didn’t like the rail in front of our seats, it was bothersome the entire movie.

I loved everything, the movie was great and everything was really clean and efficient. But the one thing i would change is the UI on the kiosks. Trying to find the pick up tickets button is really hard.
