I appreciate that Santikos honors Service Members and First Responders to reduced movies, soft drinks and popcorn on Mondays. However, it can get confusing as not all theaters, within Santikos, honor the discount depending on the type of movie venue. Ie, IMAX, ATX, etc.

HOWEVER, I HAD TO CALL GUEST SERVICES AS WE MISSED THE ENTIRE VISUALS ON THE UPCOMING MOVIES SOUND WAS THERE...WE WERE A HANDFUL IN THE AUDIENCE
THANKFULLY THE VISUAL VIDEO WAS THERE FOR THE ENTIRE FILM.
