Its clean, friendly, estheticly pleasing, seats, vip service, drinks, arcade. Large screen rooms have amazing sound. Only thing I would suggest is letting families up stairs to sit outside on that nice balcony. I know it's reserved for adults for a reason but it would be nice for responsible parents.
Very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed getting a glass of wine to watch the movie. The men’s restroom needed some attention. One of the soap dispensers was broken

Customer service is great, I didn't like the seats I chose and when I arrived to the theater they changed them immediately. The guy at the concession was very polite and fast. He provided ideas to save some money with the combos... My grandson and I had a good time. Thank you!
