It was great except that when we were in line to watch the prescreening...it was extremely hot worth the amount of people who were inn the hall.
It was so easy to change the date/time of the movie that we selected, due to change in plans.

My kids and I have been going to this movie theater since it opened I love that Santikos offers seat selection, I won't go to the movies unless I've purchased with time and selected my seats in Row H, yes that is where my kids like to sit all the time. The staff is friendly and the theatre is always clean.

I love Santikos, don't go anywhere else. Only done side I can think of is I miss the old reward system. Not only was it a better value, but it was more exciting as well because u could achieve different rewards as u worked ur way up to $250 points, etc.
Alsowould be cool if u guys gave rewards on surveys . :)

I often visit your theater in Tomball but have moved to Boerne this month. I was delighted to see your theatre at the Rim. It was very familiar and in a way that was a bit disappointing but not much. It would have been nice to have some differences inside to reflect local flavor. Happy to see the recliner seats coming. I know we will see many movies there.
