All the latest UX changes introduced in the past few months have been great. My only suggestion is that I’d love to see the ticket redesigned to emphasize the screen number and seating assignments at a glance. The theater location, the movie name, the QR code, are all secondary information and are not really very important to me but when I’m walking to find my theater/ screen and my hands are full of concessions it’s difficult to locate it when it’s the same size as all the other content. Same goes for seat assignments, they are displayed equally to the rest of the information however when I am looking for that info I need it to stand out more because I’m in the theater with a line of people behind me and I don’t want to hold everyone up while I’m trying to see the tiny text to find out where my seats are.

It was a very nice experience. We watched Geostorm on the big screen and it was awesome.

Variety of theaters, good snacks and drink bar, very clean, and now a conversion to reclining seats with tables. If you could add ordering from your seats (before the movie starts) then you would have everything.

Santikos has always been my favorite theatre, customer service is helpful, friendly and happy.

We went to the Palladium IMAX to see Bladerunner 2049. I purchased the tickets online - wonderful! Even though there was construction, the ease of services was nice. Thank you.

Best theater in town

Seating was great and sound and picture were sharp and clear.

The bar upstairs is great. Even though it is being remodeled right now.

We love the theater but can't wait until the bar and new upstairs area are complete. Getting the beer taps installed will be huge when finally installed, which is why we still post this as a 10 but hopefully management listens to the bar managers in regards to what to install, where and how, since they know what is important for running a bar. Upstairs will be important as well since downstairs is not set up as well as upstairs used to be. Much less bar space and not as many stools, which is a bummer, so hopefully the new configuration will. E better once done.
