I love Santikos theaters. Santikos has the most locations out of all the other competitors and money that goes in, also comes back out to help the San Antonio community. I love the reward program and buying tickets through the website. I'm able to pick my seats ahead of time and if something happens, I'm able to painlessly return my tickets if I'm unable to use them.
I would like to see a rewards program more like Regal theaters though. They let you rack up your points on almost everything, allow you to use your points online towards concessions, movie tickets, and my personal favorite: movie exclusive merchandise. While I LOVE Santikos, I must admit that I've been using Regal more this last year so I can earn points and cash them in on movie exclusive merchandise. It's a win/win!
I know there's always opportunity for improvement, but Santikos is a wonderful theater chain that is continually getting better. Please keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to many years of seeing y'all at the movies! Thank you, Santikos! :)

The friendly and helpful staff were prompt and courteous. The cleanliness of the rest rooms, and theater, and most of all assigned seating! Every time I go to the Pallidum I feel like I am going to an experience, and a trip back to the theaters of old. Well done!

I've always loved the Palladium. Its my favorite theater Santikos offers. I even show friends that visit from Los Angeles and they even say LA doesn't have anything this nice. The Agora Bar is by far my favorite bar at a theater and the drink they make called the Poseidon is the best. I always order it when I go along with the chips and queso. I also recently discovered the loaded tater tots and freaked out because I've never had those from there.
I will always love the environment, service, food, drinks, and of course, movies at the Palladium.
I loved that they were ready for a huge crowd on opening night while other theaters that I have been to are not. The employees were nice and sweet and when I had questions that they did not know the answer to, they would find out or direct me to someone who did. Many places are not accommodating like that and would just lie instead. I absolutely love coming here with my family and would definitely come again for any opening night or anytime during the week period, this is such a great place with friendly people and good food.
