Customer service from meshell at palladium at the rim in San Antonio Texas is one of the biggest reasons we keep returning. Also now that the seats have been upgraded it makes the movie experience better as well .

New seats are neat... what was not liked was the 3 year old making noice the entire movie. Children that young shouldn’t be alllwed in movies that are not age appropriate.

I signed up for Loyalty membership and was told I could get my free ticket and popcorn later. She said go online and finish. I can't see how to do that

Yes, like the palladium. I have been going since it was built but i have a few recommendations

Why is the IMAX the furthest from the bathrooms and refreshments.

The website is always glitchy and mobile is hard to navigate.

The new seating is fabulous and the customer service typically very courteous. We had some issues with online ticket purchasing. The new choices from the restaurant were good but limited. The new icee machine was awesome!!

I liked the fact that I could order my seat before arriving to assure a seat and the size of the theater. I loved how it was nice and clean as well.
