The cleaninless of the theatre. The different options of snacks and drinks. The reclining seats. I especially loved that you had the Spanish dubbed version of CoCo.

Awesome new renovations! Reclining seats, movable food trays, lots of leg room and no need to move for someone to walk by...and food and popcorn ordering all from the same line, no need to go to different areas to order food and popcorn. Awesome updates! Plus...Santikos gives back to our community! What better place to spend our money than a place that donates large portions of it back into our very own community! LOVE Santikos!
Our experience was great, the lobby could use a little tidy up, there was popcorn on the floor and other small trash. Also the fountain drink sections needed to be cleaned up. The restrooms were out of liquid soap and some toilets were not flushed (not your fault); add some air freshener in the restrooms please.
Cleanliness, service, the only thing is they just need to open more ticket counters. It’s not good business to have one window open in the middle of the day on Saturday when majority of the showings are sold out AND there are no kiosks available to print your tickets if you bought them online like I did. I had to wait behind two women who went thru at least 6 different showings before deciding they would come back just to print my tickets. Smh.

the stadium seating was amazing then we found that our chairs reclined, wow, it was so nice the most comfortable we ever sat at a movie, the only complaint it was freezing, I kept my coat on but my feet were extremely cold and my hands, the weather turned cold outside but they didn't adjust the temp in the theatre and it was so cold.
