Our movie was delayed last night approx 15 minutes due to technical problems..... the management was apologetic and provided great customer service by passing out a coupon for another movie while exiting theatre.
Theater was Clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of food and drink choices.

The chairs are very comfortable and clean
Usually pretty good. This time had an issue with kids around me being way too loud and on their phones. My family did not get to fully enjoy the movie. Wish we could come back and see it again.

The reclining seats were very comfortable and I love reserving seats online so I do not have to wait in line for that.

Really enjoying the new renovations, the theater is even better with hopes of it improving more. Only suggestions I can give is bring ordering service to The Paladium and more information regarding the seating options and features to The Mezz section.

Love the renovations to Palladium. The recline seats with tray is awesome and so helpful with kids. Saw Star Wars The Last Jedi on 2D and IMAX 3D and wow IMAX 3D was spectacular.
Your theaters are clean, food hot, and beer cold. Your service was excellent with the exception of one of your late night managers (Erik D-something, sorry I couldn't understand the staff whom told his name, but he has nice dreads). I was calling the theater to ask if they had an ATM, but it took over five minutes, so I walked in and saw the manager, thereby showing him my still ringing phone. Now, I'd understand if it was busy but it was 10:20p! He rudely explained how the phone doesn't get answered during peak times, then proceeded to ignore me and continue his conversation! Trust me, as a former manager these kind of employees will ruin your business. I personally will not be returning as he did not only make me feel welcome, he treated me like garbage, and for a paying customer who treats his clients there frequently, he cost your theater good business.
Awesome experience except they just need to put popcorn in a bag with more than a handful. Also ha don’t icees available as we were told we’d have to go downstairs to get it. Should be available in VIP section. It did take some time to get drinks but everyone was very courteous!!
