Customer service was excellent. The ticket line moves very fast. The game area has plenty to choose from games back in the 90s to the new era of games today. The food choice is unbelievable so much to choose from including beer and mixed drinks.

We have now been to the Palladium several times to watch movies. We have enjoyed the total experience. The staff is friendly, the seats are comfy and the popcorn is tasty. We will be back many times in the future.

All the food options you have to chose from and the reclining seats with personal trays. Not feeling crowded, when the theater is full. The staff is very friendly.

I love the VIP option but If it meantions that you get complimentary popcorn at checkout I must have missed it and purchased a large popcorn when I didn’t need to. So perhaps if that could have been a little more noticble.

I love this place, this location specifically. My only “complaint” would be people talking while the movies play. This one lady in Hotel Artemis was talking on her phone theoughout the movie. It drives me nuts. Other than that, love this place.

It's very clean. The seats recline helping to relax and enjoy the movie. We don't have to worry about being able to see over any heads as the rows are elevated helping to avoid that issue. The location is surrounded by a nice, clean, safe shopping center.
