What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Saw 2 movies back to back. The first was in VIP theater (TAG) and the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. That said, the server brought us a desert on the house after the movie. So we stayed and wound up watching another movie. We found out that there are VIP sections in some of the other theaters. That was a a pleasant surprise.

The location, cleanliness, atmosphere, friendliness, courteousness and overall customer service was outstanding. Also, loved the new theaters with the reclining seats and more spacious aisles.

I could barely believe the wonder of Santikos Palladium. A friend and I wanted to escape the San Antonio heat so we came for a rare treat to a matinee and it was less than $4.00 for some points I had earned, which I didn't kwow about! I bought some ices tea and was offered free popcorn! Wow! The seats reclined and we both felt sooo fancy!! My singular request would be for recycling bins. Meanwhile, we can't wait to return! What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theatre is always clean. Popcorn is fresh! Feel very welcome by everyone especially when showing our tickets or opening big purses to greeter. I really like Roy who is in a wheelchair,he has a very special smile and likes to chat.
Love that we can enjoy an alcoholic beverage before or after the movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The reason I go to Santikos is how clean the theater is and it does not smell. The seating is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Only thing is on two occasions seats were dirty and wet with sticky soda spells. It would be nice if the seats and tables were wiped down after each showing.
