Love the I-MAX! Very much like supporting the community.

The young man that checked me out at the concession stand took extra effort to look up my membership number. He also informed me that I had a free coupon and a free companion pass. I have gone to santikos for many movies and no one ever looks up my membership and they definitely don’t tell me I have rewards. I appreciate that he took the time to do this for me.

I was buying tickets for a show on Saturday. I was unsuccessful in purchasing online because of an error. The associate was quick and efficient and advised me where the theater would be and how it worked since I had never had tickets in the Mezz. Great job.

Seats, cleanliness, variety of food

Everyone was very friendly and the theatre was very clean. The screen and sound were amazing.

Always excellent service. I'm not crazy about how the soda particularly the Coke Zero tastes most of the time out of the Coke machines that the Palladium has. Otherwise, great experience. I typically think of Santikos when thinking about seeing a movie.

The reclining seats were amazing! Our first time sitting in them and what a treat it was!

My favorite thing is that I don’t have to worry about find a seat because it’s already assigned to me. Seats are very roomy and comfy.

I always have a great experience! The employees are always friendly and helpful! There’s always cool movie merchandise like the popcorn tins and movie cups at the concessions stand. I never have a bad time at any showing! Thank you all so much!

The recliner seating is amazing! I live closer to Silverado but I can't pass up an opportunity to watch a movie in comfort with plenty of elbow room and less back pain!

Although employees should police more and intervene with people on their phones. One new issue is the smart watches (Apple) that light up when you raise your hand (as with popcorn) and they do have a theater setting... maybe point that out?
