What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience but the thing that was missing was the Guitar hero game. My two sons enjoyed the game and it made their experience twice as fun. We go to movies every weekend and it was sad to see that there was no longer a Guitar Hero game. We saw it gone awhile ago but we that it would return. My sons really wish it would come back. They would spend their Christmas money and their birthday money on it. They still have a few songs left to learn on extreme so it would the world to them and to me if you brought the game back.

This lady named Gene/Jene with white/blonde hair cleaning theatre 16 for the 3:55pm showing of Aladdin on 6/22 helped me find my phone which had slipped out of my pocket to the side of the recliner. She went above & beyond trying to get it & honorably declined a tip. Kudos for her! Thank you so much. She’s one of the reasons I love coming to the Palladium.

He did indeed address my concerns very quickly and I am very grateful for that. He has proven that Santikos really does care about its patrons and goes above and beyond to address concerns.
