Palladium is our family's favorite theatre, and I want it to keep being our favorite! Today we had an unexpected and disappointing experience during in the advertisements before the 1:25 pm Extended Cut Spider Man Far From Home. I was shocked at the terror level of two of the advertisements: Noovie about "It 2" scared even me, and was followed up by another scary ad from AT&T (a woman in love turns into a zombie). These were wildly inappropriate for a matinee showing of a Marvel movie (which mean a large portion of the audience was kids).
I strongly recommend that you more closely match the advertisements to the probably audience. These were ads for a horror movie audience! I think horror aficionados are more likely to tolerate a "tame" ad than these kids are able to tolerate the scary ones. At bedtime tonight I had one kid in tears because he thought "It" was coming.
Sincerely,

Santikos is great. I love the VIP seats and the service. Overall awesome experience.
Everything about Santikos Palladium, from the seats, screens, the employees, food. It’s just a great feeling to know that my experience to see a show eat and feel welcomed is waiting for me. Thanks to all at the Palladium my go to place to escape the every day mundane.
V.i.p manager was nice and gave me and. Guest free tickets to a movie since the last experience we had wasn't great.
It’s the best theater in town and has the most comfortable seats.
Awesome experience!!!
Loved the seating, reclining seats with short walls between every pair of seats. Made it feel like we were in our living room.
Your bartender Madison is awesome! We are very happy when we get upstairs and see her, she always puts a smile on our face!
It was very simple and everyone was very nice.
The VIP area was very personal and cozy! The waiter was extremely friendly and considerate of our experience as well! I will definitely recommend this experience At Santikos!
I like the reclining chairs. I like the drink station with many choices, especially Dasani no calorie flavored waters. Employees are very helpful.

Amazing place
Reclining seats.
Our family thoroughly enjoys the atmosphere at Santikos, whether at Palladium or Bijou. The theaters are always clean and the staff is welcoming and especially friendly. But the biggest plus about spending our entertainment dollars at Santikos is the Corporate commitment to giving back to the community. Bravo Zulu Santikos!
Everyone was welcoming and nice. The food was good and the drinks even better!

Everything!!!!
VIP area and the food is good too.
Nice theater. I would only suggest Clorox wiping the seats and then use a leather protectant.
Wonderful recycling seats, assigned seating tickets is wonderful too! Good selection of concession snacks, food and adult beverages.
Great staff!
It would be nice to have popcorn delivered immediately & with butter.
