Clean and safe and love the big screen experience!
My partner in crime an elderly lady named Sue have been coming to Santikos for years and have always enjoyed the kind, courteous service, the clean restrooms and theaters and the fantastic good tasting pop-corn, chicken strips, pizza and other foods/drinks.
If you had a "Lifetime Member" club we would definitely qualify as we see at least 4 movies in a month.
Good but wish they would accept cash.
Very comfortable seating
This is the first time we have been to a movie in almost a year because of covid. I was hesitant to go, but actually felt very safe. Seats were far apart, few people there and everything seemed very clean.

Overall we felt it safe enough to visit & enjoyed the show.
Seat spacing was nicely done. The only recommendation I have is to offer sanitizing wipes and the entrance of the theater for movie goers to wipe down the seats once again.
Renting the theater was such a fun way for our family to enjoy the movies!

First - I love Santikos and loved going to the movies again. I was very disappointed in the reservation fee you now charge! If I'm a member of the Santikos frequent member club (whatever you call that) - why are you charging me a reservation fee?? UGH!
Comfortable seats, great loyalty program, and has a lot of other great entertainment opportunities (i.e. arcade games, bar, etc.).
We were in a reserved theatre. All employees wore mask and I felt better knowing that they were covid tested weekly.
Food was fast and good (clean). I’d like to see more transparency when they make the food though.
Clean, COvID friendly, social distancing in place and the quesadillas are fabulous!!
The seating was amazing distanced out between customers and of course the best customer service a theater can provide!
The employees are friendly and the theater and bathroom were clean. Also, we were glad to see that the concessions were available for purchase.
Smooth process from the time you order your tickets to when you are leaning back on one of the most comfortable chairs you can sit in to enjoy a movie on the big screen the way it should be. Nothing will ever top the experience of coming to a movie theater no matter how convenient it is to watch movies in my living room.

Even in these past 10 months of the pandemic, your theaters continue to be welcoming, efficient and cleaner than ever before. It is without doubt one of the safest public places to be to have a good time with friends or family. Thank you for keeping your doors open. It must have been financially hard to stay open, but our community appreciates it with all of the charity you do and we are happy to be a tiny part of your philanthropic contributions.

Since the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Palladium Theatre has done its utmost to keep the movie experience special and ongoing all the while following Covid-19 guidelines. Prior to the Pandemic, Santikos was not my preferred theatre. Why? The staff and management were rude and never welcoming. This has changed. Customers will remain loyal if they are treated with graciousness.
