Honestly the customer service I received after voicing a concern about the theater was Shocking, to say the least. The shock was the amazement of the timeliness, follow through, and Genuineness of making the situation right. Informing me about the soon to be renovated IMAX and a chance to come back and enjoy the theater. Thank you Albert!

I’d forgotten you guys have the “private booths” , you know the seats that have dividers built in between pairs of seats in the AVX theaters. I love that! It made me feel very comfortable and immersed in the movie. Definitely coming back to this theater soon!

Recliners were fabulous (almost fell asleep) and we had no problems with anything. Scrumptious yum yum popcorn.
