After a long year I absolutely could not wait to get back into the Palladium! Reopening was slow and the lack of VIP was felt but after watching Shang Chi this weekend in the VIP seats again I feel right back at home.

The Palladium is always clean and the staff is always so friendly and eager to help! It truly is the full theater package when it comes to service! I’m so excited to be back in the theater and so happy that I’m seeing blockbusters at the Palladium!

The manager was very helpful. I accidentally booked my tickets for the wrong date and the manager switched them. The theatre was clean. I was able to distance myself socially.
