Outside of one's home the safest place to be is at Santikos.

Everyone is spaced out and they are taking plenty of precautions. Also, not many people are at the theater.

I just hope the theater can survive.

Customer service was fast and friendly. The social distancing seating was well-maintained during the movies. Hand sanitizer not hard to find. I felt very safe and comfortable in there and I’m already planning my next movie day out!

We have been attending movies at the Palladium at least once a week since it re-opened last May. Maria and James are doing a wonderful job as managers, the staff is courteous, the building is clean, and we feel safe. thanks for staying open!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I have been a patron of the Palladium before the pandemic and during the pandemic. My family and I attended during the summer of 2020, and were never fearful of catching Covid-19. The management made sure, and continues to provide proper spacing between seats, and that mask wearing is adhered to. Even now that Texas has opened up, the management errs on the side of caution ensuring mask wearing and physical spacing between seats. The restrooms are always cleaned and stocked. The theatre seats and floors are not sticky and well attended to. The screens are not damaged, and the digital projection is clear, as the sound quality. Excellent in every way.
