Ease of purchasing tickets online, availability for assigned seating in recliners, and loyalty discount on food/drinks/snacks. The AVX experience is the best for action movies like James Bond!

Clean atmosphere not too busy.
Loved, loved the 2 seater arrangement with the partition....very private.

Not pleased with the quality of the popcorn. The taste & size of kernel was not it’s usual self.

I have been a patron at the Santikos Palladium location since it first opened. I’ve been a huge movie fan my entire life and your theater is my current favorite due to your high quality screens, recliners, and sound system, and the high level of customer service we enjoy during our visits. We are always warmly greeted and treated as valuable customers by your staff. Great job Santikos!!!

Was able to easily book my tickets online without trouble. Had to wait a little for concessions, but no big deal. The staff in the drink area was very friendly.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the Palladium theater, but I wish it had a real coffee service. I mean flavored coffees, etc. Last time I was there, the bartender and I mixed regular coffee with hot chocolate to get some semblance of flavored coffee. But what about French Vanilla, Caramel Mocha, etc.? No, you don't have to hire a barista. Just get one of those coffee machines that Cavender Cadillac has in its waiting room. It hooks up to a water supply, and customers just hit a button for the type/flavor they want. Could you please send someone to check out the one at Cavender's. Thanks.

Absolutely best movie theaters I have ever been to, and I’ve been to many all around the world! Only small recommendation is that I cannot use my rewards when making purchases while logged in online.

Comfortable seats. I sat with my sister-in-law in the handicap section because she uses a walker. I think we were the only ones there so we felt we could whisper every now and then comments regarding Tammy Faye and Jim Baker. We both enjoyed our evening out at the Santikos Palladium. Thank you.

First time in the theater, we were surprised by the comfy seats and moveable tables. The theater was clean from the entrance to the arcade, the concessions and beverage station. We had an overall great experience.
