It was nice to have a manager reach back out to me in response to a previous survey where I gave feedback that wasn’t completely positive. The manager addressed my concerns, making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

everything was good except your pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza which was not good. Can't be that difficult to offer decent pizza.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Your staff are friendly and the theater overall is in good order. The aisle and row spacing is decent, so you rarely feel as though you're walking over others and the seats are mostly nice although some are starting to get a beaten up from use. The viewing experience is good and I haven't yet experienced any projector bulb dimming, which some theaters do as a way to extend the life of the projector bulb (replacements are quite expensive). Proper bulb use means you will see the film (e.g. colors, details, images, etc.) as the director intended. All in all a good experience.
