I hope there is a C2 class in room temperature or with cold fresh air! The hot class makes the air extremely terrible and smells bad.
I hope it can vent brand new and fresh air in between two hot classes, such as Hot Power Fusion and C2. The remaining hot air in the classroom always smells disappointing!
Also, the evening class smells worse than the earlier classes. Thank you!
Many of the classes are well paced and the right amount of challenge. I especially like the format of Patti’s classes because she puts the exercises on the mirror and I can more easily pick the right weights that way. I also like the predictability of Patti’s classes. I would like to see 45 minute CSX classes offered during weekdays that start at 6:45 or 7 am. The weekday morning offerings are either too early or too late for getting to work on time and one hour is too long for the early hour.

I like the location and the yoga instructors. It’s reasonably close for me to travel and be on the mat in 12 minutes. Good vibe.

The teachers are friendly and professional. The studios are spacious. I'm especially glad that HPF is back on the schedule at a convenient time for me.
Well, I have not really been able to attend very many yoga classes due to my work schedule so I may not be able to provide the best feedback but the one class I did take with the yoga instructor, Sarosh was awesome! That was my very first class in Old Orchard. Sarosh is very friendly, kind, inclusive to everyone and she gives a nice class to all of us! I truly hope this message gets to her because she is very kind and is a great instructor ! Overall, I enjoyed the class . Everyone was very friendly, It was a very nice workout, and I had a good experience. I’d definitely recommend !
